Evan has been and still incredible with edu3cating me on how DSCR loan and process works. He is very quick to respond to my text message inquiry as well as my phone calls. He normally take my call day, evenings and weekend. He is rang true to his word. He is reliable, dependable and knowledgeable. It was swift, done within 12 days of my application, great team work lead by Mr Aaron Beck and his team and my target was swiftly meant that was denied by most lenders. At total quality lending closing cost is at its least cost and cheapest I have seen. Truly I was satisfied and will have reasons to use them again and again.
