I was very pleased with my experience at TQL. The process was efficient and smooth. Evan and Trevor, in particular, were wonderful. I was surprised at how quickly they responded to my questions and concerns. At times, Evan was so quick to respond you forget he has other clients. But they always kept me posted on my loan’s status and worked with me when we had an unexpected snag and the loans process stalked for a bit. But everything they said they would do, they did and it wasn’t too long after the issue that the loan closed. I was very happy with them and I plan on working with them in the future. I highly recommend.

I’ve been working with Total Quality Lending over this past year, and I cannot recommend them enough! They are definitely a one of a kind company that has given me an unbelievable experience. I’ve worked directly with Aaron and Kylee on multiple deals, and they’ve been incredible! A few of the deals we have done were pretty complicated and could have easily fallen apart, but Aaron and the team went above and beyond to figure out a solution and get them to the finish line. He’s extremely proactive, quick to communicate, and always keeps me in the loop. I have never had to wonder what’s going on or chase him down for an answer. Even when something unexpected comes up, he’s usually already looking into it and figuring out the next step. Kylee has been amazing on the processing side! She’s always been incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. She’s been a big part of making the process go smoothly on every deal we’ve worked on, and I’ve really enjoyed working with her. Adam was always responsive and helped us with giving us property analysis so we can see what kind of deal we were getting into. After we made an offer and it was accepted Katie made sure to work with us to insure the deal closed on time whether that was deadlines or being very responsive on items needed from us. We had an incredibly complex deal to close in Gulf Shores, and Miles is the reason we were able to make it happen. We had spoken with several other lenders who ultimately told us they couldn’t close the deal, so we had to make a last-minute change and go with Total Quality Lending. From the very beginning, Miles was incredible to work with. The listing agent even told us, “He only knows a handful of agents that can close those DSCR loans, and they are all local and usually require a huge down payment.” That really put into perspective how difficult this loan was. Miles went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He answered every text and call, kept us updated, worked directly with an HOA that was extremely difficult to communicate with, and never made us feel like we were on our own—even when things got complicated. Despite all of the moving pieces and challenges, Miles stayed on top of everything and ultimately got us to the closing table. We truly don’t think this deal would have happened without him. If you have a complicated loan or a deal that other lenders have told you can’t be done, I would absolutely recommend Miles and Total Quality Lending. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did to get this across the finish line!
