This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Total Quality Financial, Inc. DBA Total Quality Lending (“Total Quality Lending,” “TQL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and shares the mobile information you provide when you participate in our SMS/text messaging program. It supplements our Privacy Policy and our SMS Terms & Conditions. Where this policy and the general Privacy Policy differ with respect to text-messaging data, this policy controls.
Mobile Information We Collect
When you participate in our text messaging program, we may collect:
- Your mobile phone number;
- Your opt-in consent record, including the date, time, and method by which you agreed to receive text messages (for example, the form or page where you provided your number);
- The content of messages you send to us and that we send to you;
- Message delivery and response data (such as delivery status and opt-out replies).
How We Use Your Mobile Information
We use mobile information solely to:
- Send you the text messages you have opted in to receive;
- Communicate with you about your loan inquiry, application, or account, and respond to your questions;
- Honor and document your consent and opt-out choices;
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations; and
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the program.
No Sharing With Third Parties For Marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number or any other mobile information.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Limited Service-Provider Sharing
We may share mobile information only with subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery of the messaging program itself — for example, the text messaging platform that transmits our messages and customer-support providers acting on our behalf. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide those services to us and are required to keep it confidential.
We may also disclose mobile information where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
How We Protect Your Information
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect mobile information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Access to your information is restricted to employees and service providers who need it to operate the messaging program or to provide products and services to you.
Your Choices & Opt-Out Rights
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further program messages will be sent. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at CustomerCare@TQLend.com or (800) 304-1925.
After you opt out, we retain the records needed to honor your choice and to comply with legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements.
Children's Privacy
Our text messaging program is not directed to anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect mobile information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with a mobile number, contact us at CustomerCare@TQLend.com and we will delete it.

Changes To This SMS Privacy Policy
We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
