Built on Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finance
Our mission starts with the values that guide who we are as people before anything else. We believe in keeping our priorities aligned: faith keeps us grounded, family keeps us connected, fitness keeps us strong, and finance gives us the ability to build a better future. These principles shape the way we work, the way we treat each other, and the way we serve our clients. They influence our decisions, our culture, and our commitment to doing things the right way. They remind us why we show up every day and what matters most beyond business and numbers. We believe that when these four areas are in balance, we lead better, we serve better, and we create real impact in the world around us.
Our Mission is to inspire & equip the every day American to build wealth in order to live life on purpose, to destroy evil & take back control of all areas of their lives.
More Than a Mortgage Company
We are a full service direct lending team with all operations handled in-house, dedicated to supporting real estate investors across the country. Whether someone is buying their first rental property or scaling a portfolio, we provide smart financing, honest guidance, and a clear path forward. We understand investors because we are investors ourselves and we know what it takes to get deals done. We are not just another mortgage company. We do not treat loans like paperwork and numbers. We look at the bigger picture: long term opportunity, financial freedom, and building generational wealth through real estate. Our goal is to make investing more accessible for everyday Americans, no matter where they are starting from. Culture matters to us just as much as results. We show up for each other, we communicate openly, and we push one another to grow. This is not just a job. It is a shared mission to create impact, help people build a life they are proud of, and make a real difference in the communities we serve.
Our Core Values
We fight with purpose. Our values are the compass that guides every action & decision we make.
All Star Team
You were drafted, hand-selected because you're the best at what you do. Nobody landed here by accident. You must fight for your position on the field every single day. Never coast on yesterday's performance. Be humbly confident that you are the best at what you do for those you serve.
We Are Called
Driven by a calling, we serve with urgency to make a positive impact.
When you care, you get a bloody nose and want to stop. When you are called, you get back into the arena. Treat others as you want to be treated, show love, steward your gifts, and use everything God has given you to the fullest.
Committed To Greatness
The quest for excellence and greatness is accomplished through intention. Always be pursuing the best version of yourself personally and professionally. We all have a long way to go and a short time to get there, so you must go after it daily. Put in the work and reflect on your actions to be great every day.
Lead By Example
There is only one way to lead, and that's by example. We take responsibility, follow through on our commitments, and hold ourselves to the standards that we ask of others. Our everyday actions give weight to our words and set expectations. The way we lead is the way that others will follow.
Deliver WOW Service
Go above and beyond people's expectations to reach the emotional needs they don't recognize themselves to create a WOW experience. We will make mistakes, but our promise is to never settle for good enough. Not for your customers, not for your teammates, not for yourself.
Find A Way
No problem exists without a solution. We solve problems head-on, and when the old way doesn't work, we innovate until we find a better way forward. That mindset creates new results and experiences for our clients and team members and makes a purpose-driven life easier to build.
