Program Description
Total Quality Financial, Inc. DBA Total Quality Lending (“Total Quality Lending,” “TQL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an SMS/text messaging program that delivers informational and, where you have separately agreed, promotional messages to the mobile number you provide. Depending on the messages you opt in to receive, texts may include:
- Loan application status updates and next-step reminders;
- Requests for documents or information needed to process your loan;
- Rate quotes, loan options, and pre-qualification follow-ups you requested;
- Appointment, call-back, and closing reminders;
- Customer-care and account-service messages; and
- Marketing or promotional offers, only where you have provided the applicable consent.
These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the program and supplement our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and SMS Privacy Policy.
Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number to Total Quality Lending — for example, through a form on our website, a loan inquiry or questionnaire, an application, or by texting us first — you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from us and from those acting on our behalf at that number. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from us, and is not a condition of applying for or obtaining any loan. You may apply for and obtain our services without agreeing to receive marketing texts.
Your consent applies even if your mobile number is registered on any federal or state Do Not Call list. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide, and that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your loan activity, your inquiries, and the messages you have opted in to receive. You may receive recurring messages while your inquiry or loan is active.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent to you from us and sent from you to us, as provided in your mobile plan. Total Quality Lending does not charge you for text messages, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan's rates.
How To Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us under that program.
You may also opt out by emailing us at CustomerCare@TQLend.com or calling us at (800) 304-1925 and asking to stop receiving text messages. We will honor opt-out requests promptly, and in any event within ten (10) business days as required by applicable law. If you want to rejoin, reply START or sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of communications we are required or permitted to send about your existing loan or account by other means (such as mail, email, or phone), or of non-marketing service messages permitted by law.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside of our control. The program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times, and may not continue to work in the event of product, software, coverage, or other changes made by your wireless carrier.
Total Quality Lending is not responsible for any charges, errors, or message delivery failures attributable to your wireless carrier, and text messages may be intercepted, delayed, or corrupted in transmission.
Mobile Number Changes
You agree to notify us promptly at CustomerCare@TQLend.com or (800) 304-1925 if you change, release, or otherwise stop using the mobile number you provided to us, so that we do not send messages intended for you to a number that has been reassigned to someone else.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Mobile information collected through this program is used only as described in our SMS Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes To These Terms
We may revise these SMS Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
